    Having lived in several places across the UK, part of the fun of moving is to seek out new local eateries & takeaways.

    One of my favourite Chinese dishes is, the very popular, crispy shredded chilli beef.  I find that this is an effective barometer of a good quality Chinese takeaway.  The presentation of this meal can vary massively, with the majority of establishments offering "fairly soggy beef" rather than crispy, as it should be.

    At the New Rainbow, the beef is ever crispy, which is why as Arnie says, "I'll be back" again & again (although not always for the same dish, naturally).
